We will identify and discuss your goals and intentions, creating a sense of possibility and finding the best actionable steps that you can take with you for long-term success.
This session is all about creating new habits. Habits are easily formed but frequently challenging to break. You can create new habits that support your goals and break old ones with the support of hypnosis. For this phase to be successful, ideas to boost commitment and motivation are crucial. Suggestions that re-frame how you view food—from eating out of boredom or habit to seeing it as fuel for your body—can help to ensure lasting change.
We'll figure out what's getting in the way of your weight loss goals. There are many things, both medical and social, that can make it hard to lose weight. It's important to figure out what these issues are and come up with ways to solve them. We'll do this to help you success.
We'll discuss how to set reasonable expectations for yourself, so you can maintain your motivation and finally attain your desired weight loss. The setting of intentions is more crucial than the setting of goals. The great thing about setting intentions instead of goals is that they can be put into action right away. Intriguing, right?
You will have made significant strides over a prolonged period of time by now. At this stage, we want to make sure we keep moving forward by putting an emphasis on making good decisions.
We'll figure out how to reward yourself for reaching those goals and build a system for tracking progress toward your targets. Food-based rewards are not the only option.
