How Many Sessions?
The number of sessions is unique to each person and their situation, goal, motivation and commitment to the process.
SESSION 1 – Discovery Session & Hypnosis
We discuss your identified concerns, the behaviours or challenges you wish to change, and determine your goals. You will most likely experience hypnosis in this session.
SESSION 2 & SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS
A follow-up session/s is a crucial step in making positive change in yourself as it is an opportunity to check what is happening, what has changed, what is different, and how to proceed to maximize success.Using progressive relaxation and direct suggestion, you will connect directly with your imagination and inner creative self – the subconscious part of your mind which influences your actions and feelings.
In the relaxing state of hypnosis, your subconscious becomes free and receptive to positive and beneficial suggestions, releasing negative emotional blocks. You will access your inner resources and explore your hidden ideas and insights, using a proven technique of hypnosis and/or hypnotherapy. You can then change old behaviours and habits into new constructive ones, transforming your life challenges into enhancing life experience and engagement.
