My Policies, Explained Simply and Honestly
I'm Tamelynda, and I believe you deserve to know exactly how working with me works before you book. No fine print surprises. Here's everything: what sessions cost, how payment works, and what happens if plans change.
Your Investment and How Payment Works
There is a per session investment, and packages offer a discount. Full payment is due up front to schedule a session, unless you and I have made an arrangement.
Here's what to know before you book:
All session fees are listed on my Appointments page. The "I AM READY! Book Session" button above will take you directly there.
By booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of my cancellation policy below.
Please complete the client intake form prior to your session. It only takes a few minutes, and it helps me prepare to give you my very best.
Late Arrivals and No Shows
My time is valuable, and so is yours. When you book with me, I reserve that time entirely for you.
If you arrive late for your appointment, you lose that time. And if you don't show up at all, the session is considered completed and already paid, and no refund will be provided.
I know life happens. If you're running behind or something has come up, call or text me right away at 519-670-5219 and we'll sort out what's possible.
Your Forms: Everything You Need Before We Begin
Start the process by downloading the client intake form, which includes important information about my policies.
For Integrative Medical Hypnosis, I use a separate intake form. Request it by email and I'll send it to you personally.

My Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or fail to show up, your session fee will be forfeited. The session is non-refundable.

Why I Don't Offer Refunds
(My Honest Answer)
When you invest in a session or a package of sessions with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. That commitment directly impacts how many clients I can accept. This is why I have a strict cancellation policy and do not offer refunds.

Start with my free 20-minute consultation. It costs you nothing to find out.
Complete the client intake form so we both start with clarity.
Book a single session before committing to a package. Packages include a discount, but I'd rather you feel certain first.
