Fees, Payment & Cancellation Policies
Investment:
The fee for service differs depending on which service you are wishing. Most fees are listed on the Appointment page.
Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy - per session investment, package offers a discount
Coaching - per session investment, package offers a discount
Private, Small Group Workshops - minimum 2 hour contract; custom pricing
Peer Group Facilitation - dependent on scope of contract; custom pricing
Workshops & Speaking - dependent on scope of contract; custom pricing
Special Assignments & Projects - dependent on scope of contract; custom pricing
Payment:
Full payment is due up front at the beginning of each session, workshop or speaking engagement, or project, unless we have an arrangement.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance or do not show up or miss your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text me at 519-670- 5219. Do not rely solely on email notification to cancel or reschedule a session. I appreciate your business and look forward to working with you!
Deposit for Session Reservation:
In order to provide you and other clients with excellent client service and access to appointments, Lux & Associates has a client appointment deposit and reservation fee determined by the type of support you are receiving. The deposit will be applied to your session invoice. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy.
Payment Types Accepted:
All sessions are booked via Square or Stripe, depending on session type and/or client location.
Late Arrivals and No Shows:
My time is valuable, and so is yours. If you're late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don't show up for your appointment, you will still be charged in full.
Refunds:
When you invest in a session or package of sessions with me, or a project, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. This affects how many clients I am able to accept. For that reason, I don't offer refunds. If you want to be sure that my style is right for you, I recommend scheduling one session or one aspect of a project's scope, to start. When you decide to buy a package or commit to the entire project scope later, the fee will be applied to the total price.
