There is a per session investment, and packages offer a discount. Full payment is due up front to schedule a session, unless we have an arrangement. My time is valuable, and so is yours. If you are late for your appointment, you lose that time. According to our cancellation policy, if you don't show up for your appointment, the session will be considered completed, already paid, and no refund will be provided. Should you need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours or fail to show up, please be aware that your session fee will be forfeited as per our cancellation policy. The session is non-refundable.

This impacts how many clients I can accept, which is why I have a strict cancellation policy and do not offer refunds.
