It's never easy to get back on your feet after a defeat. The grief process can be used to cope with a variety of losses, including the death of or divorce from a loved one, the loss of a job, the relocation to a new location, the death of a friend, or the death of a much-loved pet. Everyone has a difficult time dealing with these situations.
